I discovered Sketchfu recently.

It looks like Tegaki in some ways but you can see the animation of the drawing, like in more sophisticated oekaki boards and you can also remix other peoples works and do collaborations.
I created and app (something like a tag/gallery) for Soul Eater fanarts so if you have nothing to do and want to draw some sketches I'll be happy to see you there (:
